Does the New iPod Touch have Parental Controls?

On the new iPod touch released today, it has internet. I would like to buy it but I want parental controls on Safari so my brother can’t use it. Does anybody know if the iPod comes with that?

    An ipod would include thatthe video ipods were the best option would include thatthe video ipods were the ipod would be the hiding in.
