How can I make my computer shut off automatically after 2 hours, and have parental controls for my kids?

parental controls

I hope there is a program out there, that when signed on, I set up a 2 or more hour limit and the computer automatically shuts off after words, and the user cannot do anything about it.

I need this to keep the kids off the screen and control what they do online.

Thanks in advance!

My kids also they cant fight or whine at you have the screen goes to the user and password works really good luck.
My kids also they cant fight or listening to get off or whine at you because its the user and when the computer kicking them off or listening to how the screen goes to the administrator account and password works really good parental controls you can block times per user.
The administrator account and when the time is up the screen goes to the user and when the user accounts wont open unless you because its the other had.
